M K Proteins Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

M. K. Proteins has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a revenue from operations of Rs 114.95 crore and a profit of Rs 3.51 crore for the quarter.

The board also addressed a change in auditors. Current Statutory Auditors, M/s. KRA & Co., resigned, with the board noting no concerns were raised. Following the Audit Committee's suggestion, M/s. Subhash Sajal & Associates have been appointed as new Statutory Auditors, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. J.P. Jagdev & Co. were appointed Secretarial Auditors for five years, also subject to shareholder nod.
