Race Eco Chain Ltd. board greenlit its consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations hit ₹156.73 Cr. While net profit was ₹0.04 Cr, total comprehensive income reached ₹1.96 Cr, largely due to fair value gains on investments. The board also appointed M/s. SSAR & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26 and M/s. HKS & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for five years (subject to shareholder nod). The Annual Report for FY25 also got the go-ahead.
