Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics' board recently approved its Q1 FY26 standalone and consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations stood at 5.25 Cr, with a consolidated profit after tax of 0.42 Cr. The board also approved the appointment of Dr. Alaka Keshav Deshpande as an Additional Woman Independent Director, pending shareholder approval, which is expected to strengthen board expertise.
