Sonal Adhesives' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ending June, reporting revenue from operations of 28.29 Cr and a net profit of 0.45 Cr. The company will hold its Annual General Meeting, where shareholders will consider various items. Mr. Vipul Desai was appointed as an additional independent director, and Mr. Nitin Rane retired.
