ICDS Ltd's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated total revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2.04 Cr, with profit after tax at ₹1.38 Cr. The Board has also announced the 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 25, 2025. Additionally, following the Audit Committee's proposal, CS Shrinivas M Devadiga has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
