Calcom Vision Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter. Standalone revenue from operations stood at 45.08 Cr with a profit after tax of 0.70 Cr. Consolidated revenue also matched at 45.08 Cr, yielding a profit after tax of 0.63 Cr. The company's board also approved the closure of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Calcom Kadapa Private Limited, as it never commenced operations. For compliance, M/s Dinkar Sharma & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors and M/s Neeraj Sharma & Co. as Cost Auditor. This follows the company's recent PLI scheme upgrade to Rs. 25 Cr committed investment for White Goods.
