Aspira Pathlab's board has approved the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹5.25 Cr, with a profit after tax of ₹0.07 Cr. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was ₹5.25 Cr, reporting a profit after tax of ₹0.42 Cr. The company also acquired Aspira DNA Diagnostics Gujarat LLP on a slump sale basis for ₹0.13 Cr, effective June 30, 2025. Additionally, Dr. Alaka Keshav Deshpande was appointed as an Additional Woman Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval.
