Adroit Infotech's board recently met and approved key plans for its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is set for September 9, 2025, via Video Conferencing. The board adopted and approved the Notice, Director's Report, and Corporate Governance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. For the AGM, the book closure period is fixed from August 30 to September 9, 2025. E-voting will take place between September 6 and September 8, 2025.
