Cochin Shipyard Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Cochin Shipyard has announced a board meeting that approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹1068.59 crore, up from ₹771.47 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax also saw a healthy rise to ₹187.83 crore, compared to ₹174.24 crore previously.

The company capitalized major projects, including the International Ship Repair Facility (₹834.09 crore) and a New Dry Dock (₹1319.39 crore). Cochin Shipyard noted it hasn't recognized further liquidated damages on two shipbuilding contracts beyond October 2023, considering the contracts valid despite delivery delays.
