Tembo Global Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tembo Global's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company also announced key appointments: M/s. D.M.Zaveri & Co as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s Aatish Dhatrak & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY25-26. Leadership continuity is strong, with the Board giving a nod to the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Jashbhai Patel as Managing Director and Mrs. Fatema Shabbir Kachwala as Whole-time Director, both for a further three years.
