CSL Finance's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The board also approved re-appointing Ms. Rachita Gupta as Whole-Time Director for five years and appointing Mr. Ashok Kumar Kathuria as Executive Director. New auditors include Jasvinder Kaur & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years and S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors for three years.
