Vibhor Steel Tubes (VSTL) reported standalone Q1 financial results with revenue rising 2.6% year-over-year to Rs 231.04 Cr. Net Profit also saw a modest increase of 4% YoY, reaching Rs 3.14 Cr. Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs 1.66, up from Rs 1.59 last year, signaling consistent profitability.

Operational costs showed mixed trends: raw material expenses increased, while employee benefits slightly declined, hinting at some efficiency gains. Finance costs, however, rose.

A significant operational highlight is the commencement of the tower facility at VSTL's Odisha plant in June 2025, indicating capacity expansion. This move is supported by the appointment of a new Factory Manager for the Odisha unit.

Looking ahead, VSTL is strategically diversifying by incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary in the hotels and resorts business, with an initial investment of Rs 0.05 Cr. This expansion into a new sector could be a long-term growth driver.

Overall, VSTL demonstrates steady financial performance with strategic investments aimed at future expansion and diversification, signaling stable momentum.
