Nupur Recyclers Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nupur Recyclers (NRL) has announced a board meeting on August 12, 2025. The board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹50.96 Cr, with profit after tax reaching ₹4.04 Cr. The company also appointed M/s V Khaitan & Associates as Internal Auditors and M/s Ravi Sahni & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY2025-26. Additionally, Mr. Kapal Kumar Vohra was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective August 28, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Vohra brings extensive experience from RBI and NCLT.
