Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Board met and approved consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Key director re-appointments were also approved, subject to shareholder consent. Mr. Punit G. Makharia (CMD) and Mr. Gautam G. Makharia (JMD) will continue for another five years (Apr 2026-Mar 2031). Independent Directors Mrs. Barkharani H. Nevatia and Mr. Ishtiaq Ali also get new five-year terms. The 32nd Annual General Meeting is set for Sep 29, 2025, with Sep 19, 2025, as the record date for the final dividend for FY24-25. New Cost and Secretarial Auditors were appointed.
