    Key decisions include:

    - A final dividend for FY25, with August 18 set as the record date, pending AGM approval.

    - The 29th AGM is scheduled for September 16.

    - Re-appointment of Kapoor Tandon & Co as Internal Auditor for FY26.

    - Appointment of DMK Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
