Tera Software Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tera Software has announced a board meeting today where it approved strong financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated Net Profit surged to Rs 4.53 Cr, up from Rs 3.10 Cr in the prior year. Revenue also saw a significant increase, rising to Rs 32.74 Cr compared to Rs 24.46 Cr previously. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs 3.72. Shareholders can also look forward to a final dividend of Rs 1 per share. The company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 26, 2025.
