The board set August 18, 2025, as the record date for the final dividend for FY24-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 29th AGM on September 16, 2025. Additionally, M/s Kapoor Tandon & Co were reappointed as Internal Auditors for FY25-26, and M/s DMK Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder nod. The company also noted the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecos Fleet Management Services Pvt Ltd, during the quarter.
