The Regional Director's approval was received on August 11, 2025, with the appointed date for the scheme being April 1, 2025. Since Laxmi Infraspace is a wholly-owned subsidiary, existing shareholders of Laxmi Goldorna House will not experience any shareholding dilution. This move is a positive for simplification.
