The company also reported a ₹5.95 Cr gain from transferring rights of leasehold land during the quarter. Looking ahead, the 32nd Annual General Meeting will be held on September 24, 2025. Shareholders will consider a proposed final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY25. The board also re-appointed M/s Gangan & Company as cost auditors for FY26.
