Arrow Greentech has announced the key outcomes from its recent board meeting. The Board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company will hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on September 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Share transfer books will be closed from September 19-22, 2025, to determine eligibility for the upcoming dividend and the AGM. Mr. Dilip M Bathija has also been appointed as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
