The new entity, which may be named Vishank Hotels Private Limited or similar, will operate as hoteliers, hotel proprietors, and managers in Hisar, Haryana. This strategic move diversifies the company's operations into hospitality. Vibhor Steel Tubes will fully subscribe to the initial paid-up capital of Rs 0.05 Cr in cash, securing 100% ownership. This expansion aims to tap into the hospitality sector.
