ECO MOBILITY's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹181.12 Cr, with net profit at ₹13.29 Cr and EPS of ₹2.21. The board set August 18 as the record date for the final dividend for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 29th Annual General Meeting on September 16. The company also confirmed the incorporation of 'Ecos Fleet Management Services Private Limited' as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Additionally, M/s Kapoor Tandon & Co was reappointed as Internal Auditor for FY26, and M/s. DMK Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, awaiting shareholder endorsement.
