Ducon Infratechnologies' board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The company posted Net Sales of Rs 112.28 Cr, a modest increase from Rs 109.43 Cr in the same quarter last year. Net Profit for the period also saw a slight uptick to Rs 3.13 Cr, compared to Rs 3.07 Cr previously. Despite the rise in net profit, Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) declined to Rs 0.10 from Rs 0.12 year-on-year, primarily due to an increase in equity capital.
