Nupur Recyclers (NRL) is tightening its grip on subsidiary Nupur Extrusion Private Limited (NEPL), boosting its stake from 60% to 70%. NRL acquired an additional 1,000 shares for a total consideration of Rs. 10,000. This strategic move aims to increase NRL's control and influence over NEPL's operations and future growth initiatives in the aluminium extrusion sector. Although NEPL, incorporated in May 2023, currently has no turnover, this increased ownership signals NRL's commitment to shaping the direction of this core materials business.
