Hubtown's board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter. In other key decisions, the board approved the appointment of Mihen Halani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and re-appointed JBTM & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditor, both for five-year terms subject to shareholder approval. A preliminary proposal to increase Hubtown’s stake in Twenty Five Downtown Realty Limited was discussed, with management empowered to evaluate further.
