ECOS Mobility's Board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹181.12 Cr, with a net profit of ₹13.29 Cr. The board also set August 18, 2025, as the record date for the final dividend for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 29th Annual General Meeting on September 16, 2025. Kapoor Tandon & Co. was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY26, and DMK Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
