The company updated on IPO proceeds, confirming Rs 50 Cr for debt repayment and Rs 45 Cr for its NBFC subsidiary were fully utilized. The Board also appointed Mr. Saravjit Singh as Internal Auditor for FY25-26 and reconstituted key committees including Stakeholders Relationship, Risk Management, and CSR.
