Radico Khaitan announces a strategic partnership, investing up to Rs 40 crore for a 47.5% stake each in D’YAVOL Spirits B.V. (annual revenue EUR 1.2 million) and D’YAVOL Spirits India. This collaboration with Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Nikhil Kamath launches D’YAVOL Spirits, a new luxury alcobev company. Radico becomes the largest shareholder, driving global marketing and distribution. The venture will craft premium, bottled-in-origin spirits, beginning with luxury tequila, targeting discerning Indian and global consumers. It leverages Radico's strength to build culturally resonant, high-quality brands.
