Gujarat State Petronet (GSPL) has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported consolidated total income of Rs 4,402.03 Cr and a net profit of Rs 444.84 Cr for the quarter. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 7.90. The company provided updates on key strategic initiatives, including its composite scheme of amalgamation and demerger, which is progressing subject to regulatory approvals. GSPL also reaffirmed its legal challenge against the revised gas transmission tariff order from PNGRB, a critical ongoing matter for the company's financials.
