Rama Steel Tubes' board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing revenue of ₹268.13 Cr and a profit of ₹4.96 Cr. The company appointed Mr. Vikas Sharma as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Hari Shankar Singh as Additional Executive Director. Mr. Naresh Kumar Bansal was re-appointed as Managing Director for five years. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
