Ashapura Minechem's board approved strong Q1 FY25-26 financial results. Consolidated Income from Operations jumped 89.81% to Rs 1,355.57 Cr, and Profit Before Tax soared 97.56% to Rs 131.84 Cr. This surge is fueled by record bauxite exports from Guinea, hitting 2.05 MMT—a historical high. The company has resolved past logistics issues and is expanding port capacity to 27 MMT, targeting 15 MMT annual exports by FY27-28. All India business verticals also performed well, with plans for organic growth and new product lines. An independent director, Mrs. Neeta Shah, resigned due to other professional commitments. The company has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting.
