IndiQube Spaces reported strong Q1 FY26 financial results, with IGAAP-equivalent revenue surging 27% YoY to ₹313 Cr. EBITDA nearly doubled, jumping 98% YoY to ₹65 Cr, while net profit soared 303% YoY to ₹18.5 Cr. Operational expansion was robust, increasing Area Under Management by 1 million sq. ft. to 8.7 million sq. ft. and seat capacity by 21,000 to 193,000.
