This strategic move, aimed at streamlining operations, is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming 79th Annual General Meeting. Further strengthening its governance, the company also appointed Mohan Kumar & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder endorsement.
