TRANSWORLD SHIPPING LINES LIMITED — JV/Acquisition, 12-08-2025: Acquisition

Transworld Shipping Lines (TSLL) is significantly expanding its logistics footprint. TSLL has fully acquired Transworld Integrated Logistek for ₹39.70 Cr and Transworld Logistics for ₹2.25 Cr. These moves aim to accelerate revenue growth through diversified offerings, enhance global reach, and boost operational efficiency by controlling in-house vessel activities.

Additionally, TSLL is entering a Joint Venture in UAE with Bainbridge Navigation DMCC, taking a 60% stake with an investment up to ₹0.75 Cr. This JV will establish a Handysize vessel shipping pool to consolidate operations and improve efficiency in the dry bulk market.
