The company is acquiring 100% equity in Transworld Integrated Logistek Private Limited (total outlay ₹39.70 Cr) and Transworld Logistics Private Limited (₹2.25 Cr), enhancing its freight, logistics, and shipping agency services. Additionally, a new joint venture with Bainbridge Navigation DMCC was approved to form a UAE-based shipping pool company for Handysize vessels, where Transworld will hold a 60% stake.
