Rama Steel Tubes reported its quarterly financial results: standalone revenue hit 242.67 Cr with a 6.45 Cr profit after tax, while consolidated revenue reached 268.13 Cr and profit after tax was 4.96 Cr. In management changes, Mr. Vikas Sharma was appointed as the new Company Secretary. The Board also appointed Mr. Hari Shankar Singh as an Additional Executive Director and re-appointed Mr. Naresh Kumar Bansal as Managing Director, both subject to shareholder approval. The company further strengthened its capital by issuing 177.30 Cr worth of preferential equity shares and acquired a stake in Bigwin Buildsys Coated Private Limited, now an Associate company.
