Auditors issued a qualified opinion and flagged a material uncertainty on going concern, citing unrecognised interest of Rs. 10.38 Cr (parent) & Rs. 3.65 Cr (subsidiary) impacting financials, plus repayment defaults and significant losses. They also noted ongoing legal matters for subsidiaries/associates regarding asset freezes and project termination claims. The company also announced its Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2025, and appointed a new Secretarial Auditor.
