Mr. Netra Bahadur Ranabhat has been re-appointed as Managing Director and CEO for a five-year term, ensuring leadership continuity. Additionally, Mrs. Priti Abhay Vakhare was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for her second five-year term. M/s Veenit Pal & Associates were also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years. These approvals strengthen the company's governance and operational oversight.
