Rama Steel Tubes Limited — Updates, 12-08-2025: Press Release

Rama Steel Tubes (RSTL) reported strong standalone results for the recent quarter. Revenue surged 58.7% YoY to ₹253.65 Cr, with PAT skyrocketing 140.55% to ₹6.45 Cr. EBIDTA also jumped 81.76% YoY to ₹11.51 Cr. These gains were primarily due to higher demand, improved price realizations, and better cost management. Sales volumes increased 60.87% YoY to 45,638 tonnes, although experiencing a minor QoQ decline. Strategically, RSTL diversified by forming Rama Defence Private Limited, a new wholly-owned subsidiary for the defence sector, and acquired an associate stake in Bigwin Buildsys Coated Private Limited. The company also raised capital via preferential share allotments.
