Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. (GSPL) has announced key board-approved appointments. M/s. SPANJ & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. M/s R. K. Patel has been appointed as Cost Auditor for the current financial year. Shri M. K. Das, IAS, joins the Board as an Additional Director, nominated by the promoter, following the resignation of Shri M.M. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.). The company has also appointed Shri Lokesh Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO), expected to assume office by November. Shri Amit Shah will serve as Interim CFO and CRO until Shri Agarwal joins.
