Gujarat State Petronet's board has approved significant leadership and governance updates. Shri Lokesh Agarwal is appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO), slated to join by November 30, 2025. Until then, Shri Amit Shah will serve as interim CFO and CRO. The board also welcomed Shri M. K. Das, IAS, as an Additional Director, nominated by the promoter, succeeding Shri M.M. Srivastava.
