Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure has announced a board meeting where it approved financial results for the quarter. Q1 results show Profit After Tax at ₹3.59 Cr on total revenue of ₹12.75 Cr, with EPS at ₹2.84. Mrs. Sarita Patwari joins as an additional non-executive woman director. Mr. Sushil Patwari's role shifts to Executive Director from Oct 1, and MD Mr. Sunil Patwari's remuneration was proposed, both pending shareholder nod. Revised company policies were adopted. The 31st Annual General Meeting is set for September 23.
