Lloyds Metals and Energy has announced a board meeting on August 12, 2025. Q1 FY26 consolidated profit hit Rs 641.59 Cr on revenue of Rs 2383.52 Cr. Strategic acquisitions include a 49.99% stake in Thriveni Pellets for ~Rs 495.70 Cr and 19.40% in Mandovi River Pellets for Rs 16.49 Cr, expanding its steel & pellet capacity. They also greenlit raising up to Rs 2,500 Cr via Non-Convertible Debentures and a Rs 597 Cr Dubai subsidiary for global reach. Further, 31 lakh warrants converted into shares, raising Rs 149.11 Cr. New independent directors joined the board, with an EGM scheduled for September 11.
