Syrma SGS Technology Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 12-08-2025: Allotment of Securities

Syrma SGS Technology has completed a Qualified Institutions Placement, allotting 14,306,151 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of ₹699 per share. This QIP has successfully infused approximately ₹1,000 Cr into the company. As a result, the paid-up equity capital has increased from ₹1,781.58 Cr (178,158,012 shares) to ₹1,924.64 Cr (192,464,163 shares). This capital raise strengthens the company's financial standing, providing resources for future growth and operational enhancements. Allottees include major insurance companies and mutual funds.
