Berger Paints (I) Limited — Others, 12-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Berger Paints India's Annual General Meeting saw shareholders approve the audited financial statements for the last fiscal year. A dividend of Rs. 3.80 per equity share was declared. Key appointments were also approved, including the re-appointment of Ms Rishma Kaur as Director, M/s B S R & Co. LLP as new Statutory Auditors, and Mr Anjan Kumar Roy as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. Shareholders also ratified remuneration for certain non-executive directors and the Cost Auditors. All proposals received overwhelming support from the shareholders.
