Lloyds Metals' Board approved robust Q1 financial results. The company is strategically expanding its pellet production capacity by acquiring a 49.99% stake in Thriveni Pellets for ~₹495.70 Cr (cash & share swap) and a 19.40% stake in Mandovi River Pellets for ~₹16.49 Cr. To fund growth, they plan a public issue of Non-Convertible Debentures up to ₹2,500 Cr. Furthermore, ₹149.11 Cr was raised from warrant conversions. A new wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai with an outlay of ~₹597 Cr is planned to boost global presence.
