Lloyds Metals is making strategic moves: acquiring 49.99% of Thriveni Pellets for approx Rs 495.70 Cr (mix of cash & 19.57 lakh new shares) to boost pellet capacity. Further acquiring 19.40% in Mandovi River Pellets for Rs 16.49 Cr. To fund growth, the company plans NCDs up to Rs 2,500 Cr and just raised Rs 149.11 Cr via warrant conversions. A new Dubai subsidiary (Rs 597 Cr outlay) aims for global expansion.
