PDS Limited — Important, 12-08-2025: Diversification/Disinvestment

PDS Limited has divested its entire stake in Grupo Sourcing Limited, a step-down subsidiary in Bangladesh. This strategic move aims to enhance profitability and resolve loss-making operations. Grupo Sourcing contributed a turnover of 35.65 Cr (0.28% of consolidated turnover) and reported an approximate net loss of 0.55 Cr. The company received approximately 2.13 Cr from the sale to its existing business head and family, with the transaction conducted on an arm's length basis. Consequently, Grupo Sourcing is no longer a PDS subsidiary.
