Lloyds Metals And Energy Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 12-08-2025: Allotment of Securities

Lloyds Metals has announced a board meeting, which approved its financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is set to acquire a 49.99% stake in Thriveni Pellets for Rs. 200 Cr cash and by issuing 1.96 million equity shares at Rs. 1,460.50 per share to Adler Industrial Services. It also plans to subscribe to 16.49 million equity shares of Mandovi River Pellets for Rs. 16.49 Cr. Further, Lloyds received Rs. 149.11 Cr by allotting 3.1 million equity shares at Rs. 740 per share to non-promoter warrant holders. The board also approved raising up to Rs. 2,500 Cr via Non-Convertible Debentures and incorporating a Dubai subsidiary with a Rs. 597 Cr capital outlay. These moves aim to boost capacity and global presence.
