Finolex Cables Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Finolex Cables' board has approved consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations rose to ₹1,449.64 Cr from ₹1,230.48 Cr year-on-year. However, consolidated Net Profit After Tax declined to ₹174.21 Cr from ₹252.37 Cr. This profit dip is primarily due to a significant decrease in the share of profit from associates and joint ventures (₹48.78 Cr vs ₹232.03 Cr year-on-year). On the operational front, the expansion of the Preform Facility is now expected to be online by Q4 of this fiscal year.
